Today was the best day by far....I got the phone call from my doctor and my biopsy came back benign. I have been so bothered, stressed, worried and even a bit crabby at times. I know a person should not worry and let God handle it but I had my days where I was pretty bothered. Having melanoma once is scary enough but possibly twice. And look in the end it wasn't worth all of that. Now if a person could just remember those moments and remind yourself it isn't worth all the fuss. Today I also had to go to Sioux Falls to see my Endocrinologist. My appt went very well and my Graves Disease is getting under control. They cut my meds down and will continue to do labs monthly to monitor it. There is a few things that are low and we will also monitor them. All I have to say is Praise God!!! I also want to add worry is really not worth it life is way to short.

Daddy works on the lawn while the girls play. That's how it is supposed to be right?
Grace and I have really enjoyed the one on one with all the boys being gone. Logan and Hunter went to Bible camp on Monday and will return late tomorrow night. I have not heard from them since Monday night when they arrived. I did briefly talked to Pastor and he said they are being good and having fun. Austin went to Grandpa and Grandmas for the week and hang out. So Grace and I have been going for long walks, going to cheer practice, hot tubbin and going for dinner.

We got the landscaping done at the house and it looks so awesome. They even put in a irrigation system so I don't have to water each plant individually. All I have to do is turn on the faucet for 20 minutes and all done.

Austin with his piercing blue eyes and Miss Zoey (Can you see her under all her hair, thinking its time she goes and sees the salon)

Those younger kids just walk all over Logan

or maybe not...

We had a great weekend but will say man it went to fast. Friday had Chad, Pam and the girls over. Saturday Pam, the girls and I went to SF and shopped all day and had a blast. Sunday we spent together as a family by going to church and lunch. We then had family over for supper and some great visiting. The weekend flew by that is fore sure. The older boys leave in the morning for a week of bible camp in Minnesota. Grace starts safety town in the morning for 2 weeks. Austin went to the farm for the week so we will only have Miss Grace. So her and I will get some good walks in and some great conversations to I am sure.

Today I went to SF for another 3 month check up with my derm Dr. Didn't quite go as I had planned, normally I go in do the body check and good for another 3 months. This time she didn't like how one has changed in looks and color, so off for a biopsy I went. I will know in the next week or so the results. I am trying hard to not let my mind wonder. The first time I had a mole removed I didn't think anything of it and continued to tan just covering the stitches with a band aid. That all came to a screaming hult when I got the call it was melanoma. So here I sit wondering what if I get that same call. But then I realize worrying is not going to change the results so I just need to put it in the hands of God. They also were concerned with the amount of bruising I have on my right thigh. I am talking 10+ bruises just on my thigh. All ranging from large to the size of a dime. I did blood work and should get the results shortly. So there is my day in a nutshell.

How neat to see a deer just grazin in your yard. I got a chance to sneak up on it to get close enough to snap some pics.

Nothing like snuggling during stormy weather
The pond is almost completely full. Which we can gage how the river is from the depth of pond. We never filled that pond just dug a hole and since the water table is so high out here it filled on its own. So when the pond is up that means the river is up.

Sean's 103 trees he planted a few weeks ago definitely have enough water. Hopefully all this rain doesn't drowned them out.

Yep the river is up :)
We have had rain for the last few days and some good storms to go with it. As I type this it is down pouring outside. Which then means Sean's phone rings all day and night with flooded basements. Which is wonderful for our business but sad for the victims. Sean is a busy man but somehow he can juggle it all I would be freaking out. That's what I love about him he can have so much on his plate but still have time for family.
On a different note Sean applied for New Mexico archery elk for the first year. Wednesday he got the call and he was drawn. That guy is so lucky when it comes to hunting. We are so excited for him and can't wait to see if he shoots a big one.

Hunter and Paul

Love this pic that my Mom took of Paul and Hunter. The boys loved playing nerf war with eatchother. They were only here a short while but they took advantage of every minute they could.

Friends and Fun...

Bachar

My honey and best friend.

Austin showing Grace a toad and was telling her if she gives the toad a kiss he will turn into a prince. Grace tells us all the time she is a princess so I am surprised she didn't give that ugly toad a smooch.

Buddies

Two wild hogs from Texas that the guys brought back. Let me tell ya they we're delicious and could not tell at all they were wild.

Covrig showing off his cooking skills
We had a great group of friends over memorial weekend to roast some hogs. Was a great day with gorgeous weather, lots of laughs shared. Can't wait for those guys to go shoot some more hogs so we can have another gathering.
