Shed Work

Sean, Heath, AJ, Logan and Hunter were all out working on the shed at 7 am. Two concrete trucks came and they poured the cement for part of the shed floor. Sean was prepared for some extra cement and framed in some more area for my back patio. I can't wait tell that cement is cured so I can move my patio furniture out a little farther from the house and place our fire pit on there. I really appreciate all of Sean's long hard hours he has been putting in. Thanks honey we all love you and appreciate all you are doing.

Forgot to add in the last post that Grace has gone a whole day with panties. We even ventured to town and went to Wal-Mart and stopped at my Moms office and no accidents!!! I am so proud of my little girl.

Miss Grace

Okay I know most of you know the battle I was going to start with Grace. Well for those of you who don't know I will give you a little insight. Grace has pretty much always slept with Sean and I. Yes I know she is 2 1/2 years old and it is ridiculous she sleeps with us. I could come up with every excuse in the book but when it comes down to it I know she should be in her own bed. Sean and I made a deal well kind of that is. I think he was joking and I was being more serious. But we know of someone who has a 2 year old Shi Tzu that needs a home. I have been begging for a house dog for awhile now. So he said if she sleeps in her bed we can. Well that was enough incentive for me to say okay Grace we can do this. I showed her a pic of the dog and tell her if she sleeps in her bed she can have it. Well its official she has slept in her bed for two nights now and not once has she got up to come to ours. So we will just keep it up and hopefully the end results will have a new addition added to our already large family. Two adults, 4 kids, 3 horses, 2 large outside dogs, and a million farm cats. Speaking of cats have a litter of 5 to give away got any takers????

Truck Damage

Here is what the tramp did to the pick up. Like my brother said a good day to fly a kite and I said how about a tramp!!!

Wind in South Dakota

The tramp moved 50-60 feet. Hit the pickup and put some nice dents in it. We have gusts up to 60 mph. I have been outside to move all my planter to the front porch. I also moved all of Grace's Little Tikes toys to the front porch. I have not gone over to the tramp to look at the damage. I can tell by looking at it that the safety net is torn off. Sorry boys!!! If its not fixable I am sure it will be on the agenda to buy a new one.

Yep you read that title right. Sean made a deal with all three boys. They had a choice of hockey camp this summer or new bows. They all chose bows so the deal was they had to bring home good grades to get it. Austin brought home all A's way to go Austin!!!! Both Logan and Austin were short a grade we will just say they each got the fourth letter in the alphabet. Enough said on that.

Hard Work

Sean worked hard all weekend preparing the dirt work for the new shed. He had a local construction company come out on Saturday and they workd all day. Sean today moved the gravel and is building up the height of where the shed will be.

Miss Grace

What fun Grace and I had planting flowers. She broke a few but I expected that was going to happen. She was so proud of her hard work. What fun it is having a little girl and spending that kind of precious time with her. Her Great Granndma Lil would be so proud of her.

Quick Update

I worked a 14 hour day today. I went and worked for Sean from 8-4 cleaning a house. Then I went to an account Sean has here in town and cleaned for 1.5 hours. Then following that I went to my account which is two apartments here in town that Daktronics rents out to their international employees while they are in the states. That took 5.5 hours. So here I am at 1 am typing on the puter cause I need to wind down.





Hunter had a track meet today and did very well. All three elementary schools participate in this. So there is quite a few kids at these track meets. All the 4Th graders participated this morning and the 5 Th graders in the afternoon. I don't know how well Logan did yet when I find out I will put it on the blog. But below is Hunters stats



100 m dash he got 2ND Place and ran it in 15 seconds


Long jump he got 4Th Place and jumped 11 feet 5 inches


400 meter relay his team got 3rd.



So overall he did amazing!!! WAY TO GO HUNTER :) I talked to a friend today and it sounds like he got some pics of Hunter running (once I get them I will post them) . THANKS MARK!! Mark stated that Hunter blew the doors off these kids while running. Always nice to hear good things about your children. I was pretty bummed I couldn't go

and watch but Sean is busy at work so I am a nice wife and thought I would help him out.

Tomorrow oh wait that makes it today LOL!! Anyways I go to SF to do some yearly kidney tests so will update when I know the results from those. Alright seriously I am just rambling on cause I am so stinking tired. NIGHT

MY MOM COMES HOME FROM BEING GONE FOR TWO WEEKS IN ENGLAND!!!! I AM SUPER EXCITED TO SEE HER :) She got to go see my brother John and his wife Wendy and their 4 kids. I am only sharing a few photos but I am sure if you click on my brothers blog below you will see lots. John and Wendy got to go to India to a friends wedding while Mom was there. I was so happy for them to be able to escape from the real world for just a few short days.

Working Out

So today I decided it would be a nice change to switch things up a little. My knee has been bothering me so not sure if I pushed myself to hard on the treadmill with the inclines and the running. So switched over to the elliptical and thought I would give that a try. Okay that kicked my butt 100% I was sweating so bad by the time I was done. I went 20 minutes with 1 minute and 15 second intervals. So the first minute fifteen I just did a gradual pase then the next minute fifteen I did hard for 15 seconds then average speed for 15 seconds then hard again for 15 seconds. You get the idea so anyways I did that for that minute fifteen. Then the next I did gradual and then back to the 15 second intervals and so on tell my 20 minutes were up. So like a gorilla cardio I guess. Sean said if I keep that up for the next two weeks I should really see a difference. I hope so cause the pool weather is just right around the corner :)
